T.D. Jakes and Fred Price choose Gospel Today Magazine…

Atlanta, GA - When it comes to America 's leading ministries, media partners are extremely important. These days, millions of dollars are being invested by major ministries in media campaigns that become pivotal in imaging their message and progressive nature with integrity. Television, radio and print outlets are being selected based on reach and profile.

Two of America 's most credible ministers, Bishop T. D. Jakes and Dr. Frederick K.C. Price recently announced their decision to use Gospel Today as their media partner for 2005.

Gospel Today will be the official magazine for the 2005 MegaFest, hosted by Bishop T.D. Jakes. MegaFest is the conference phenomenon that literally takes over Atlanta , GA. Last year the conference drew over 100,000 and this year upwards of 150,000 are expected to attend. The upcoming Gospel Today May/June “MegaFest Family Issue” will give a “sneak peek into the preparations and key speakers scheduled for this year's big event.

Giving deference to his better half, Bishop T. D. Jakes' wife Serita will serve as GT's guest editor for the special MegaFest Family Issue. “When I was asked to serve as Guest Editor for Gospel Today's Mega Fest Souvenir Journal, I was thrilled,” said Mrs. Jakes. “MegaFest is more than several sessions of empowerment, it is a way to motivate and cultivate a true sense of family. To share this experience in the pages of Gospel Today will make this journey even more rewarding for me.” The May/June Family Issue will be coupled with on-site information and distributed to all MegaFest attendees during the August 3-6 event.

Preceding that event, over 400 churches will gather at the Faithdome in Los Angeles , CA , July 25-29, to participate in the celebration of the 15th anniversary of The Fellowship of Inner-City Word of Faith Ministries (FICWFM), an organization of dynamic churches formed under the leadership of Dr. Frederick K.C. Price. For that event, Gospel Today will produce a “Special Collector's Edition” saluting Dr. Price for 50 years in ministry.
