America’s Leading Christian Lifestyle Magazine, GOSPEL TODAY & The Gospel Heritage Praise & Worship Mass Choir Present:
PRAISE & WORSHIP 2002 IN STORES EVERYWHERE JULY 9, 2002

Nashville, TN (June 5, 2002) -- Gospel music’s premiere record label, Verity Records forges unique partnership with Gospel Today Magazine for a planned series of Praise & Worship albums and videos. The initial project in the series is a collaborative effort entitled "PRAISE & WORSHIP 2002."

In what has been described as an "awesome night of ministry and music" The Gospel Heritage Praise & Worship Conference held a standing room only concert at the Hopewell Baptist Church in metro Atlanta. The result of that live recording on February 22, 2002 was "PRAISE & WORSHIP 2002" an exciting collection of phenomenal Gospel artists together on one album for an evening of high musical praise & worship. Well-respected artists such as Evangelist Beverly Crawford, Lecresia Campbell, Bishop Paul S. Morton, Sr., Desmond Pringle, Pastor Bruce Parham, Kim Burrell and Vickie Winans, united with the Gospel Heritage Praise & Worship Conference Mass Choir for their first ever live CD and video recording.

Abounding with all-new songs that glorify and are devoted to praising God, "PRAISE & WORSHIP 2002" features a variety of ballads and upbeat tunes that truly express the joy of praise & worship music.

Among the highlights include the album’s first single, "It’s Already Done," a Caribbean-flavored and festive track featuring Evangelist Beverly Crawford, that speaks to our confidence in God’s plan and pre-destination for our lives. This must-have offering is also diverse in its presentation and can smoothly go from emotional ballads, such as "Forever," with Vickie Winans to straight up choir selections "From The Heart of Man." From upbeat songs like "I’m Gonna Praise Him," with Kim Burrell and "Jubilee" with Pastor Bruce Parham, to the powerful appeal song of "Fall In The Midst" featuring Bishop Paul Morton.
