TRIN-I-TEE 5:7 Back with Sizzling 4th Release
Vickie Mack Lataillade, president of Gospocentric Records, who signed the group after they auditioned for her in Chanelle Haynes’ New Orleans living room, says that T57 is going to defy all expectations. “The way these girls have grown as individuals, the experiences they’ve gone through, especially the devastation of Hurricane Katrina – it is all poured into this record in a beautiful way that is going to be loved by their fans,” says Lataillade. “It’s like recording this album was an emotional release for them, and people who love music get to benefit from it.”
Mathew Knowles, the group’s manager, says that this is the CD Trin-I-tee 5:7 fans have been waiting for, and it will also win the group legions of new supporters. “T57 is a great CD,” says Knowles. “It’s edgy, it’s moving, it’s emotional, it’s fun – it really represents the essence of these ladies and it’s good music, period.”
