Founder of the one and only nationally syndicated black gospel television show and Video Gospel has taken on yet another project. Bobby Jones, a seasoned pioneer in the field of Gospel music, continues to revolutionize the industry. His innovative approach to music on the album, The Ambassador, along with special guests fosters a spiritual experience for listeners. Appropriately titled, Bobby Jones takes the message of advocating for Jesus Christ and encourages listeners to worship God.

With numerous accolades and recognition in the industry for his tireless and seemingly endless endeavors, Bobby Jones takes a step further in ministering the Gospel. The Ambassador includes upbeat, auspicious and well-known songs that celebrate the joy of living as a Christian. From the inspirational track, ‘Serve The Lord’ to the delightfully exultant ‘The Lord Will Make A Way Somehow,’ there is a message for everyone. Both tracks feature The Nashville Super Choir, regular performers on ‘Bobby Jones Gospel’ (the show airs on BET Sunday mornings EST).

Being an ambassador for Christ is a calling. This compelling album, The Ambassador, emphasizes Bobby Jones’ ministerial calling. The album will impact listeners as deeply as his previous musical projects. Produced by a number of musical guests, including some of Gospel’s most exciting artists, The Ambassador is a whirlwind of effervescent, artistic and expressive tunes, woven with moving lyrics. The upbeat, contemporary ‘Call Him Up Love Peace & Joy’ featuring 21:03 includes a thumping, urban-infused musical arrangement.

Equally stimulating as the music is the message of how God’s grace is ever-present in the lives of those who believe and worship Him. ‘The Hand Of The Lord’ featuring soprano powerhouse Vanessa Bell Armstrong testifies to this message. The lyrics exclaim: “God’s hand, His hand/God’s hand, Oh His hand/God’s hand, nothing but His hand….Oh I can see the hand of the Lord…” Bobby Jones goes on to praise God for His mighty works in the majestic, ‘King of Kings.’ The sweet-sounding ballad is an abundant array of worshipful expression towards the Almighty.
