On the group's website, Jarido explains the group's mission: “I’m Free was birthed from my liberation from the thoughts and opinions of others, depression, and rejection…It is a message that inspires others not to be ashamed to be themselves.”

The album's theme of feeling free to worship is strong on each song and reflects what each group member has experienced in life. The track, Worship is a testimony to how grateful he feels towards God for blessing his life in so many ways.
