The 11 track project features a number of great-hits in the making, as Kierra, who dropped her childhood name, Kiki, demonstrates her maturity to listeners on the album.

‘Bold Right Life' opens with the excitable, Won't Hold Back. The upbeat, high tempo song speaks of needing to praise God even when things do not go right. Kierra's grown-up style, and contemporary sound is distinctive and she does not disappoint on ‘Bold Right Life' - an invigorating project that makes a bold and right statement. Kierra demonstrates how much God has done in her life. She has lost an astonishing 86 pounds, currently attends Detroit's Wayne University, and feels anointed to share the message of maintaining a deep relationship with Christ.

This new album is Kierra's attempt to speak and inspire young people to live for God. The second track does not deviate from Kierra's signature vocals, intricately woven lyrics, and hip musical arrangement. The song, Wave Your Banner, is a call to listeners - that they should not be ashamed of standing up for what they believe. Kierra's college experience comes into play in this song, as she shares what it is like to live for Christ in a world often focused on non-spiritual matters.

Other tracks including the mid-tempo track, Love Like Crazy, explores needing to invest emotionally in a Christ-centered relationship and the R&B flavored One, is a powerful message of having only one life to live for Christ. The song emphasizes that life is short and we ought to make the most of living boldly. According to Colossians 3: 1-6: “We are dead to the things of this world … Boldly living right getting ready for life.” This scripture also served as the inspiration for the album.
