Curt Collins Teams with Jamie Slocum for Upcoming Sophomore CD

Nashville, Tenn. - FSS Records artist Curt Collins is currently in the studio with producer (and Curb Records artist) Jamie Slocum, putting the final touches on his sophomore project, scheduled for release this fall. The debut single "Waiting On You" has just shipped to Christian radio (AC and Inspo).

Collins' debut CD Don't Look Back Now was released in 2005 and included the hit radio single "Backyard Hero," which peaked at #8 on the Christian Country Chart. Appearances on the Christian Country Music Awards and the Gaither Homecoming followed, as well as national TV appearances including TBN's Praise the Lord, The Jim Bakker Show, At Home Live!, and many more. With Jamie Slocum at the helm of the new project, Collins is heading towards a more adult contemporary sound for his follow-up release.

Collins is managed by Bob Bender and Grace Busler at ACME Music Group in Nashville. FSS Records is distributed by New Day Christian Distribution.
