Nashville, TN. - R&R’s most played Christian rock band of 2004 and recipient of 2005’s Modern Rock Album of the Year GMA Award, Sanctus Real adds to its long list of accolades becoming 2006’s most played artist at CHR radio (R&R).

One of the top Christian rock bands of today, Sanctus Real launched three national CHR radio singles, “I’m Not Alright” and “The Face of Love,” both from the current, best-selling The Face of Love CD, and “Closer” from the acclaimed 2005 release, Fight The Tide. A multi-format hit, “I’m Not Alright” also landed at No. 1 and No. 5 respectively on the CRW and R&R yearend Christian Rock charts after spending six full weeks at No. 1 and becoming the band’s first MTVu video. The band’s third single from The Face of Love, “Don’t Give Up,” goes to radio today.

Sanctus Real released its third national studio album, The Face of Love, April 4 to wide critical acclaim.
