Award winning artist, Tye Tribbett & Greater Anointing (GA) had their 2nd Live CD/DVD recording at Virginia Beach, VA. This spectacular two day event took place on August 17th and 18th 2007. On Friday, August 17th the main recording event (ticketed) took place at The Rock Church International where the Senior Pastor is Anne Gimenez. Thousands of excited fans from different states packed the 5,200 capacity facility to witness Tye Tribbett and GA’s awesome ministry. Before the recording started there was so much high energy and anticipation that filled the atmosphere. Everyone was given a hand towel with the words “Stand Out” on it. This crowd came in ready to experience a Holy Ghost Party and get their praise on.

The recording opened with prayer by T. L. Holmes. There was a brief animated video presentation that talked about the fall of man and how God has redeemed man through the blood of Jesus Christ. Now we are called to “Stand Out” as God’s representatives on earth to be a witness to mankind.

Shouts and scream came from the excited crowd when Tye Tribbett and GA appeared on the stage. You could feel the unity of praise throughout the church. Greater Anointing started singing the fast paced title song Stand Out. The 10-piece electrifying band was jamming as GA’s choreographed moves captivated the audience.

The “Stand Out” project is based on Ephesians 6:11(NIV) which says, “put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. “ Tye explained how Stand Out is a movement and a call to action for believers as never before.Tye and GA demonstrated the Stand Out symbol (making a fist with both hands and crossing their right arm across their chest and pointing their left arm straight out.) Everyone in the audience followed Tye’s lead as they began to sing the song Stand Out again.

Hold on was the next song that had a nice mellow sound. Tye played a solo part using his keytar (keyboard guitar). This song had an encouraging message. It said, “every little thing will be alright, just hold on, it’s gonna be alright. God’s gonna make a way.”

After that song Bless the Lord transitioned the recording into a worship mode. Tye featured a new artist Jon Owens. It was a moving worship song. The church joined in singing the chorus “bless the Lord oh my soul.” Everyone was waving their hands and crying out to the Lord.
