Cincinnati, OH - What has flourished into the “must attend” event of the year, Friday, June 27, 2008 will mark the 7thyear of the annual “I Hear Music In The Air” conference in Cincinnati, Ohio. 

The three-day conference, which brings together over 7,000 representatives from churches throughout the Midwest and the country, entails an exciting and multifaceted gospel-music-showcase, conference, concert and gala. 

This year’s schedule will kick off, Friday, June 27th, with the signature I Hear Music In The Air concert featuring international award-winning favorites as Kirk Franklin, Marvin Sapp, Vicki Winans, Dorinda Clark Cole, Byron Cage and many others.

Saturday, June 28th, will embark on workshops and classes instructed by recording artists, personalities and label executives including Max Siegel (President of Global Operations for Dale Earnhardt Inc.), Vicki Mack Lataillade (President of Mack Entertainment), Grammy award-winning Dorinda Clark Cole, and Pastor Juandalyn Stokes.

The excitement continues on Sunday, June 29th, with a gala welcoming Keynote Speakers: Rev. Otis Moss Jr. of Cleveland Ohio and Max Siegel.

The conference was originated to connect relationships and ultimately show God the glory through ministry.  And this approach to teaching and enhancing music and ministry is definitely doing just that. 

“I Hear Music In The Air” is designed to educate people in the business of music, ministry, and equip them with the fundamentals of how to start a business, start dance ministries and praise teams, and to overall better their life as a person.

Founded by, Tracey Artis, creator of “I Hear Music Inc.,” and the vice president of Gospel Promotions for the Zomba Label Group, a division of Sony BMG music, the event is sure to be a hit.

"I Hear Music is a one-of-a-kind conference in that the artists, teachers, etc., are here to have one-on-one discussions with the delegates,” states Artis.  “I feel that in order to gain the knowledge we need we have to be reachable and touchable as leaders in the industry and be able to pour into and mentor other musicians, songwriters, preachers, executives, teachers and artists.”
