Dallas , TX - Gerard Henry, creator of BET's Lift Every Voice is set to host Gospel Search of America 2008, back by popular demand thousands will be reconvening in Dallas , Texas on October 10 - 11.
Gospel Search of America (GSA) is a National Talent Search with a TWIST, providing educational and empowering Music Business Seminars covering the business from A - Z Enjoy such topics as Distribution, Starting a Label, Marketing, Ministry, Promotions, Radio Play, Production, Publishing, The state of the industry, and much more. "This national event caters to Gospel Music's Independent Community and was established to serve as a conduit to bridge the gap," says Karessa Lang, the brainchild of GSA.
Featuring artist Byron Cage, Myron Bulter & Levi and Papa San in 2007 it was a smashing success as these awarding winning artists ministered, the crowd exploded to their feet with exciting worship and joyful praise. Other great guests included Lisa Page-Brooks of the legendary group Witness, and the powerfully anointed Lacrisha Campbell. This year, our invited special guests are 2008 Stellar & Grammy Nominated Trin-i-tee 5:7, Darwin Hobbs, Ashmont Hill and we will introduce our 2007 Winner, the riveting. Mona Moore.
Returning for GSA '08 as seminar presenters are some of the most prominent industry leaders of today, to provide an unforgettable experience of knowledge sharing and networking. Each year GSA is expanding, this year we added our dynamic Keynote Speaker, Professor James Roberson, President/CEO of JDI Records at the VIP Luncheon. Our hostess will be Kertrina Dauway, Host of Dallas House of Blues Gospel Brunch and Editor-In-Chief of the You Can Live Again Magazine. This event is open to the public.

Many will come from all over the world but only seventy-five (75) will be chosen for the Semi-Finals on Friday, October 10th and ten (10) will be selected for the GSA '08 Finals. Our esteemed judges and our audience will choose the 2008 GSA Winner on Saturday, October 11 following a LIVE performance open to the public.
