Crabb Family Performs Benefit Concert for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

Hendersonville , Tenn. - Daywind recording artists Crabb Revival and Aaron and Amanda Crabb are set to take the stage for a wonderful cause this Thursday evening, August 28 th , 2008. The groups will sing at Two River Baptist Church in Nashville to help bring prayerful support and awareness to the cause of finding a cure for leukemia and lymphoma.

The concert performance will begin at 7:00pm. Also, taking place simultaneously will be a silent auction with items from Keith Urban, Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw, Barry Manilow, and more. Two Rivers Baptist Church is located at 2800 McGavock Pike in Nashville . Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Many lives are affected each year by these devastating illnesses and both groups are honored to be there to try to help in any way they can. Erica Simpkins is an advocate for this cause and organizer of the Two Rivers event. She says it is hard to put her emotions toward it into a couple sentences, but she shares this from her heart. “ My life has been impacted by so many loved ones battling cancer. Aaron & Amanda Crabb's story about the little girl with Leukemia who inspired their powerful song, “Miracle,” reminded me of my niece who is also battling cancer. After hearing the song, God laid it on my heart to organize the benefit concert and help raise money to fight this disease. I'm amazed at how HE has brought this together.”
