Urban Soul Café brings together the brightest Gospel stars for two unforgettable nights.

Nashville, TN -  R.A.R.E. Entertainment, a veteran in the Gospel music industry, continues its great tradition of gathering phenomenal talent on one stage with the first Urban Soul Café of 2009.  On January 15-16, the Urban Soul Café will welcome over 30 popular award -winning Gospel artists for a two night star- studded extravaganza at B.B. King’s Nashville.   Located at 152 2nd Ave North, in the heart of the music city, B.B. Kings will be saturated with the Holy anointing of artists like Damita Haddon, James Fortune and FIYA, DeWayne Woods, Flame, Mali Music and others.  Doors open at 6:30 pm each night with “Happy Hour” beverage specials and $5 cover.  At 7:30 pm, cover goes to $10.  

Thursday, January 15 begins the ultimate worship experience with a night of Gospel soul introducing the new movement in Gospel music- Young Gunz. That’s right. The next wave of Gospel music is here with a fresh new sound. Fusing the melodic harmonies of soul, pop, R & P and Hip Hop, these young ministers of the Gospel are here to put the enemy on notice.  Vashawn Mitchell, Isahia D. Thomas, Leon Timbo, Jessica Green, Stephen Hurb, Lejuene Thompson, Mali Music, J-S.O.U.L, Rae Ellis, Kevin Lavar, The Murrills, UnCommon, Mr. Del, Holy Boy, Frontlayz, Big Nick, Crazy One have their target in sight ready to take down any weapon formed against them. You do not want to miss it!

Friday, January 16 the climatic finale of this extraordinary ensemble of Gospel music will host unforgettable performances by the industry’s brightest stars of past, present and the future. Yep, Young Gunz will represent Friday night as well.  Damita Haddon, Kevin Gray, Blasé, Ian Von, D. Montrell, Shamond Scales, LP, Carla Tolbert, Dewayne Woods, JR, Da TRUTH, Jai, Wess Morgan, Brain C. Wilson, Christopher, James Fortune and FIYA, Flame, Yunek, and Ted Winn will hit the stage singing the biggest hits of 2008.  Also, BET’s Sunday Best finalists, Crystal Alkin, Shari Addison, and Tasha Collins will be in the place.
