NFL Players Retire And Team Up With Taseis Distribution To Release Debut Release by Male Duo “Distinguished” Featuring Today’s Top Producers and Musicians Including Aaron Lindsey, Kollective Music Group Inc. and the Usher Band San Diego, CA – Former NFL players team up with Taises Distribution to release Warriors Worshippers on MPG Entertainment Group July 24thst With the rapid demise of inspirational male duo groups Distinguished has revived the industry and raised the bar with their new album Warrior Worshippers, the first release on MPG Entertainment Group, featuring a host of musical all-stars including the highly sought-after Grammy award-winning producer Aaron Lindsey (Israel & New Breed), D.C.-based Kollective Music Group, and the Usher band among others. “Distinguished” is former NFL players Gino Mingo and Marcus Price, the dynamic duo hailing from Denver Colorado and Houston, Texas. Both praise & worship leaders at Shoreline Christian Church, in San Diego, California, who have stepped in the forefront of influencing future generations with inspiring and timeless messages with their debut-project Warriors Worshippers. The title track, “Warriors Worshippers,” reminiscing of an old school groove describeshow true worshippers and warriors, for God, get on their face before God, and have learned to stand with and before God. “It’s Worth It”is about making wise choices in life and relationships that please God and bring him glory. “There Is A Name” gives honor and glory to the attributes that are encapsulated in the name of Jesus. The ability to manifest God’s love even through the midst of your trials, tribulations, struggles, and weaknesses; bringing forth the glory of God through a life lived for Jesus describes the first single “Manifest.” A number of tracks round out the project including, ”My Everything” whichdelivers a message about the longing for God’s presence in our lives and the partaking of His Spirit to satisfy our lives. Other breathtaking and heartfelt tracks include: There Is A Sound,” “Say Something God Can Use,” “He Is,” “I Still Have Peace,” and “Come And Drink Their approach to ministry is different than others, especially coming from their sports background. They add two different dimensions with Marcus’ gospel background and Gino’s praise & worship style. No strangers to the music industry Gino, a senior associate pastor released his debut solo project The Unfolding, co-produced by Grammy award-winning Israel Houghton and featured recording artists Niecee Walls, Claude McKnight of Take 6, and Shake Anderson, former bass player for the legendary group Earth, Wind, and Fire. A certified sports nutritionist and personal trainer, Marcus took another route honing his musical talents by taking a variety of applicable classes and singing in the gospel choir while attending Louisiana State University. He also performed the National Anthem, in addition to singing alongside gospel greats at the 2004 Super Bowl Gospel Celebration in Houston Texas, during his time in the NFL. Collectively, the two have played professional football for the Jacksonville Jaguars, San Diego Chargers, New Orleans Saints, Buffalo Bills, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, and B.C.
