J Moss Statement

On behalf of myself and the entire Moss family, I would like to thank you for your expressions of love during the passing of my father, William "Bill" Moss, Sr.

As a pioneer in the gospel community, he was a legend in his own right, as a gospel recording artist, label owner, producer, and songwriter. He was very instrumental in my career, as in the careers of others. His spirit and legacy will continue to live on.

This industry remembers "Dad" for his contribution to gospel music. But I remember him, also, as being a wonderful husband to my mother, a great example of fatherhood to me and my siblings, and an excellent leader, role model and friend.

Please continue to keep me and the Moss family in your prayers.
