Millions around the world tuned in to TBN’s Praise The Lord! on July 24, 2007 with special guest host Prophetess Juanita Bynum and were absolutely astonished at what they witnessed. The filled to capacity studio was transformed into a “worship command center” as Maurette Brown Clark ministered the song “It Ain’t Over” (Until God Says It’s Over) from her latest release, The Dream, (AIR Gospel / Malaco) produced by Asaph Ward (Kim Burrell, Men of Standard, Dorinda Clark-Cole). There wasn’t a dry eye in the studio.

“Maurette Brown Clark is a Stellar Award winning gospel artist affectionately known as “The Princess Of Praise & Worship” for one reason - every single time she stands up to minister to God’s people, she leaves it all on the floor and sings from the depths of her soul,” states D.A. Johnson, Malaco Music Group’s Executive Director of Gospel Music.

Brown Clark’s 2007 first single, “One God,” taken from The Dream is currently the #2 song in the nation according to R&R / Billboard and Mediabase airplay charts and the #1 song for 6 weeks on the Independent chart according to Mediaguide.

The Dream was recorded live to a packed house of more than 2,000. A powerful, 13 song CD, this project features four songs written by Brown Clark, the Richard Smallwood penned praise and worship song, “Lord We Praise Your Name” and a re-make of the Donnie McClurkin & New York Restoration Choir classic, “We Worship You.” Other hit writers on the project include Stellar Award winner Jonathan Nelson (“Healed”/Donald Lawrence and “The Struggle Is Over”/Youth for Christ), Anthony Brown , Eddie Brown. and Darien Dennis ("One God"). Brown Clark’s seven year-old daughter, 4 years old at the time of the recording, and potential 2008 Stellar Award Nominee in her own right, Jada Simone Clark, also appears on the CD as guest artist for the song, “I Am What God Says I Am.”

The Dream is crossing cultural and denominational divides, uniting Christians under One God in their faith.
