Bet TV Special – Lift Every Voice With Bishop Noel Jones & The City Of Refuge Sanctuary Choir

ATLANTA, GA – Alpha Dog and Tyscot Records are proud to announce a national television special featuring Bishop Noel Jones and The City Of Refuge Sanctuary Choir. Black Entertainment Television sent their video crew to the estate of Bishop Noel Jones in Playa del Rey, California and spent most of the day ‘in the life’ of Jones and several members of his choir.

The one-hour special will air Sunday, October 7th on BET. The show was hosted by Gerard Henry and produced by Christian Teelucksingh with the help of Cedric Lyons (media director of City of Refuge). Bishop spoke about the Billboard #1 project “WELCOME TO THE CITY” and the just released DVD along with the special digi-pack exclusively sold at Wal-Mart, along with his ministry career, personal life and some interesting – yet controversial topics as what is going on with divorces in the ministry including his own and much more.

Gerald Haddon, producer of the WELCOME TO THE CITY CD stopped by to give his insight on the concept along with some of the lead singers and writers.
