Integrity Latin Artist Wins Female Vocalist Award
MOBILE, Alabama - Integrity Music Latin recording artist Julissa recently won a PREMIOS ARPA for "Best Album Female Vocalist" (Mejor Album Vocal Femenino) for her new CD El Ritmo de la Vida (The Rhythm of Life).
The PREMIOS ARPA is comparable to the Gospel Music Association's DOVE AWARDS for Latin America. It was established in 2002 and operates under A.N.M.A.C (Asociación Nacional de la Música y Artes Cristianas) based in Mexico, D.F.
El Ritmo de la Vida is a fusion of pop and rock with Cuban, Columbian and Brazilian influences. The album is available in Christian and Latin book and music stores throughout the U.S. and also is available through online retailers.
Julissa, who currently resides in Florida, is the host of the Gospel Music Channel's "Espiritu Latino" program.
