Gospel Legends: Margaret “Babe” Allison & The Gales In Stores May 20th

Margaret “Babe” Allison, the longest selling female Gospel artist in history has returned again with her Angelic Gospel Singers with their first release in 4 years.

Best known for their classic “Touch Me Lord Jesus,” Margaret “Babe” Allison & The Angelics returns with the follow up more than 61 years in the making “Touch Me Again.”

“Touch Me Again” is a collection of 12 brand new original songs that will inspire the young and young at heart with its uplifting and encouraging messages of faith, love and determination. This possibly may be Margaret Allison’s finest project in her illustrious recording career.

Over their 60 plus year career, Margaret “Babe” Allison & The Angelic Gospel Singers have worked with such greats from the late Mahalia Jackson to modern day Kirk Franklin. Though the task has not been easy, with various changes in personnel, The Angelics have managed to stay together as a group and have built a large and loyal fan base that faithfully supports them as they continue to richly bless the world with their unique sound. With today’s younger group members, mentored and groomed by the great Margaret “Babe” Allison, The Angelics are poised to continue to record for another 60 years.

Christmas Season 2007, The Sensational Nightingales hit a milestone releasing their first ever Christmas CD, “A Nightingales Christmas.” It was overwhelmingly received by music critics, radio programmers and consumers nationally selling more units in this seasonal period of time than any time in recent memory.
