Gospel Great Rev. John P. Kee, Shows Support to Rev. Timothy Wright

Charlotte ,  North Carolina - The Rev. John P. Kee, Pastor of the  New   Life   Fellowship   Center , is known for bringing us the best in gospel music but he is also known for helping communit i es throughout the world with a generous heart. Two weeks ago, Pastor Kee announced that he will be supporting Rev .  Wright and the Grace Tabernacle Christian Center Church of Brooklyn by paying the mortgage on Rev Timothy Wright's church until he returns. This is to relieve some of the financial stress on the family and the church during the healing of their father and pastor, Rev. Timothy Wright.   

On July 4th, Rev. Wright was in a dev a stating car accident and during this time of healing and need, Pastor Kee is with him all the way. "Rev. Wright is a great friend, preacher and singer who had so much to do with our success. My heart goes out to Timothy, his family, and to his church family. We are thanking God for his immediate healing, strength and total recovery."    Pastor Kee encourages all singers and fans to continue showing their support and assist with all of the medical expenses needed for this great man.

About Rev. Timothy Wright : Gospel singer, songwriter, and director, Reverend Timothy Wright, has been involved with choirs on a regular basis for most of his life. Wright began playing piano at the age of 12 in  Brooklyn ,  New York .   In the mid-'70s, Wright formed his own choir, the Timothy Wright Concert Choir, resulting in such releases as Who's on the Lord's Side and Do You Know the Light and later becoming the New York Fellowship choir with such hits as,  Come Thou Almighty King.  The choir continues to travel throughout the  United States . Rev. Timothy Wright is the pastor and founder of the  Grace Tabernacle Christian Center  in  Brooklyn ,  New York .

About Rev. John P. Kee: 1980 's, Kee formed a community choir in  Charlotte known as the New Life Community Choir. Over time the award-winning choir grew in popularity and has continued to travel throughout the country. In 1990, Kee founded the Victory in Praise Music and Arts Seminar Mass Choir, or "V.I.P." in order to fellowship with various ministries, song writers, musicians and choir directors from all over the country.  Kee just completed his annual VIP Convention in July with a recording coming out soon .   S ince its inception in 1995, Pastor Kee, has been the full-time pastor of the  New Life Fellowship Center, Charlotte, NC.   The Fellowship Center is growing rapidly, with ministries that extend into the community.  In 2007, John P. Kee was inducted into theChristian Music Hall of Fame.
