Wanda Nero Butler Is Back and Ready to Release “NO FAILURE”
Detroit, MI - As expected, Stellar Award® nominee Wanda Nero Butler once again puts her stamp of energy and genuine love for God on every song on her upcoming project No Failure to release October 14, 2008 on Motor City Praise Records.
Known for her Billboard chart topping hits Hey Yall and Newborn Soul t he chart-topping recording artist, known as the princess of gospel, is back and better than ever offering a plethora of inspirational tunes.
The sincere love for the Lord that exudes in each breath Butler takes is still transparent on her long-awaited eighth album displaying consistency and power proving to be one of her best yet.
Pegged as a more traditional gospel artist, this CD is Wanda Nero Butler with a contemporary twist. From standout tracks including No Failure featuring Victoria “Vicki” Vaughn and Yes , to the powerful Deliver Me and No One , the fun duet with Pam & Dodi, No Failure exudes authenticity.

Singing in front of audiences since the age of nine, her vocal talents and theatrical skills brought her into the spotlight as the lead singer with the group, “Creators Children,” in 1979 performing to sold out crowds in the Hawaiian island.
Her talents garnered her numerous citations and awards including the “Ambassador to the State of Arkansas” awarded to her by U.S. President William Jefferson Clinton.
Butler, who now lives in Detroit, MI, and Atlanta, GA, began her meteoric rise when she began singing in her church choir in California. Recognized as a “God-gifted talent”, she soon went on to receive formal vocal training at the Los Angeles Community College, in Hollywood, CA. where she broadened her range of vocal abilities and expanded the versatility of her singing style.
Her talents however could not be confined solely to recording music. In 1979, she started upon a road of musical theatre performances as an actress and a singer, which has continued to date. Some of the works she has been involved in include: Evolution of the Blues, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Black Nativity, Cracks in the Back-streets, Why Good Girls Like Bad Boyz , and Angels in the House.
