Songwriter David "Preach" Bal4 and his publisher, Ted Winn of Veracity Music, are congratulated by legendary conductor Quincy Jones for winning ASCAP 2009 Pop Music Award for their song, "Can't Believe It" by T-Pain featuring Lil Wayne, which was one of the most performed songs on pop radio in 2008. Jones won the same award for his song "Good Life" that was recorded by Kanye West and T-Pain. Winn's own radio single "God Believes in You" is currently #23 on Billboard's Hot Gospel Songs chart. |
