Gospel Superfest Spins Out 6th Annual Black History Television Special On Over 250 TV Stations

New York, NY - United Television, LLC, the producer of Gospel Superfest is releasing Gospel Superfest’s 6th Annual Salute to Black History. Recorded in October 2005, at the Christian Cultural Center in Brooklyn, NY, the second special from the landmark recording session hit over 250 TV stations beginning January 23, 2006 through February 27, 2006.

Gospel Superfest’s 6th Annual Salute to Black History features celebrity guest hosts Clifton Davis, Vivica A. Fox and Vanessa Williams, and such profound artists as Tonex, Kurt Carr, Tye Tribbett, Kierra “Ki Ki” Sheard, Hezekiah Walker John Cook, Dorinda Clark Cole, Dottie Peoples, Malissa Redmond and more. Clifton Davis receives The Lifetime Achievement Award on this special Gospel Superfest presentation. The show is filled with spirit filled performances accompanied by precision choreography, and a production style that resembles primetime award show presentations. A Tivo must for the entertainment and gospel music enthusiast.

Gospel Superfest’s 6th Annual Salute to Black History was filmed October 28TH & 29TH, 2005 before thousands of gospel music fans from New York and around the country. Many have coined the event one of the most groundbreaking sessions in the history of gospel music television.
